Spending time in nature, hiking, swimming, exploring

Finding a new local food spot and enjoying their chefs creations
Take time to think about what you enjoy. And if you haven't thought of this is a while, now is a good time to start making a list. Try new things, explore, you never know what you may have been missing out on by not allowing yourself to experience joy everyday.
Come explore yourself, and learn to love yourself at our retreats! Healing emotionally, alone, can be tiresome, and oftentimes people hit a road block when trying to do so. However, with our groups and the world-renowned 2 day Heal Your Life® workshop you will learn to CARE about yourself! You are permitted and encouraged to do this with us, and once you start with us, it'll be easier to maintain these new habits at home on your own.
