What Are Your Pure Joys?

There are many many things that bring me joy in my day to day life...If I remember to incorporate them! Sometimes that's the hardest part...

  • Bubble bath

  • Warm showers

  • Snuggling in an uber soft blanket with my cat

  • Reading next to a warm fire

  • Basking in the sunlight

  • Drinking hot chocolate

  • Witnessing rays of light

  • Rainbows

  • The smell of jasmine

  • Playing a favorite song on repeat

  • The smells of nature after a rain

  • Gazing at stars overhead in the dead of night

  • Listening to the sounds of the night

  • Lighting incense and reading/journaling

  • Watching Joyce Meyers "Enjoying Everyday Life"

  • Listening to others share their experience

  • Prisms and their beautiful reflections of light hanging in a sunny window

  • Spending time in nature, hiking, swimming, exploring

  • The sound of water trickling through a small stream

  • Appreciating a piece of art

  • Finding a new local food spot and enjoying their chefs creations

Take time to think about what you enjoy. And if you haven't thought of this is a while, now is a good time to start making a list. Try new things, explore, you never know what you may have been missing out on by not allowing yourself to experience joy everyday.

Come explore yourself, and learn to love yourself at our retreats! Healing emotionally, alone, can be tiresome, and oftentimes people hit a road block when trying to do so. However, with our groups and the world-renowned 2 day Heal Your Life® workshop you will learn to CARE about yourself! You are permitted and encouraged to do this with us, and once you start with us, it'll be easier to maintain these new habits at home on your own. We hope to see you at one of these upcoming retreats! We've planned Tulum, Mexico, Sedona, Arizona and Lake Tahoe, California thus far with plenty more to come in 2017!
